Headshot Elimination Perks
This page is dedicated to the weapon perk, "Headshot eliminations cause an explosion, damaging enemies within 0.5 tiles for 30% weapon damage" in Fortnite Save the World. It is a 6th perk associated with some weapons within the game. It causes damage to husks within a 0.5 tile radius after you eliminate a husk with a headshot. Pretty self-explanatory.
