Sub WafersHarvesting Metal objects has a 32% chance to give Sub Wafers. Consuming Sub Wafers grants Rockin' riff (Increases Damage by 50% and Melee Attack Speed by 32%, decaying over 8 seconds).
Goin' Coconuts20% chance to find Coconuts in containers. Increases Damage by 16% while affected by coconuts.
Strike CostIncreases Anti-Material Charge Heavy Attack Efficiency by 28%.
Saurian FocusWhile Shield is depleted, regenerates 4 Energy per second.
FleetIncreases Movement Speed by 12.5%.

Gadgets

Supply DropCall in a supply drop that includes 85 wood, 85 stone, 85 metal. Drops at least 1 crafting item. Drops at least 1 Plank or Twine. Drops at least 1 Rough Ore or Powder. Drops at least 1 Trap and Ammo.
 
Stationary Hover TurretDeploys the stationary hover turret that fires energy rounds at enemies within an 8 tile range at 6 rounds per second. Turret lasts for 30 seconds. An additional Turret is added. Turret deals damage to nearby enemies on death.

Smash and Grab Jess Description

This is a Pickaxe oriented build. Meant to turn your pickaxe into a wrecking ball of destruction. We will be using Pathfinder Jess as our Commander for her increase of 50% to Pickaxe Damage. We are going with the team perk Hunter's Instinct to increase our Pickaxe Damage at night. We will need to kill some husks to activate it. You could easily opt to use Longarm of the Law or One-Two Punch instead to compliment AMC.

The two essential parts of this build in the support slots are the Rockin' Riff and Goin Coconuts heroes. Main Stage Quinn and Crossbones Barrett each have an ability that you must activate that will increase your damage. Sub Wafers can be gotten from smashing metal objects and Coconuts from looting containers. Both things we will doing a lot of while farming materials.

For the last three heroes we have some options. We will still use Anti-Material Charge sparingly during the mission so Archaeolo-Jess also makes sense here. Fossil Southie is great for the extra energy regen, although you will have to lose your shield first.

For the last spot we went with Fleetfoot Ken. Although you could also go with any of the other Movement Speed heroes to make you faster during a mission. Like Dire, Recon Scout Eagle Eye, Phase Scout, etc.

During the mission you're going to want to start smashing whatever metal objects you can, even with AMC, to generate some Sub Wafers. At the same time you will want to loot as many containers as possible to start collecting Coconuts. Once you have some accumulated some of each, you're ready to become a wrecking ball. First eat a Coconut, then eat a Sub Wafer, then get to smashing. Coconuts have a longer duration.

This is absolutely devastating to objects in the game. You will make short work of Loot Llamas in no time flat! We will continue to update this build as more pickaxe related heroes emerge.


Weapon Description

You won't need weapons per se, when you're out running around trying to smash objects with your pickaxe. Weapons are optional for this build and not required for any specific purpose. Choose what you like.

If you have the option though, we would go with a Movement Speed enhanced The Baron hardware weapon as our weapon of choice for this loadout. As it will help aid you in traveling faster from one destination to another in missions.

If you don't have access to The Baron, the next best thing is the Six Feet Under. Don't worry about it if you don't have either of these.
