Shield 15%

The Shield buff reinforces the champion with an extra layer of health based on the percentage of health specified. Under normal circumstances all damage is first applied to the shield, then the champion's health bar. Although some abilities can ignore shields completely. The shields health does not count as hp and will not trigger lifesteal or similar effects.
