Belletar the Mage-slayer was born a slave and used as entertainment by his captor in the arenas of Velyzar. One day, his owner in a desperate fit for money, sold him to a rich merchant to act as a guard to a caravan. Cagebreakers would free him from this caravan and he would join them, learning their ways.

Until one day he chomped the head off of a powerful mage, absorbing some of his magic. Leading to the development of his own magical healing abilities. He would leave the Cagebreakers and seek out wisdom in isolation at a dead oasis before seeking to join a small band of Orcs, led by Gharol Bloodmaul, after receiving a vision of doing so.

Belletar is a support champion that brings some ability to nuke back the enemy team, heal, shield and buff his friends and as well as reduce cooldown ability timers of his allies. He really aims to do a lot in one kit. He is HP based. His A2 is an AOE nuke that can also give the team a 50% Increase Attack and a 60% Increase Defense buff. As well as heal the team by 20% of Belletar's max health.

His A3 can revive all dead allies and give them a 20% Shield based off of his max health. This ties into his passive, which can also randomly reduce the cooldown of all of their abilities by 1 turn. That happens 50% of the time out of the box and 70% when booked up. His A1 also has a moderate chance to reduce the cooldown of a random ability on a random champion.
