Everlasting Lizard
Everlasting Lizard Champion Loadout
This champion loadout is for the Sintranos hard mode version of Borgoth the Scarab King found on Stage D9. Venomage kit seems built for this fight and can very easily solo this boss in this incarnation. His kit has a great synergy with this boss. Venomage can bring Heal Reduction, with damage reduction associated with that on his passive. The Heal Reduction on the A3 also helps the A1 destroy the enemy max hp of the boss to help bring down the shield a tiny bit throughout the fight. The majority of the damage will come from the Poisons on the A3.
This is a long fight but the stat requirements aren't very high and it's a relatively safe process. It doesn't feel like a very rocky boat ride to get to the finish. It just takes a while. You might want to put this one on auto.

Artifacts Description
Regenaration is the king of solo artifact sets most of the time and is no exception here. It's kind of hard to get your accuracy up high enough with Regeneration sets in general unless you have good gear with good rolls so I bring Perception as the two piece although you could use anything. You will weak hit in this fight but you do want to land the debuffs. Since the poisons are the majority of your damage.
Try to get your accuracy up to around 400. Venomage has a nice accuracy aura as well. Which you can take advantage of in this fight. Speed matters to some degree but mine wasn't very high in the video and Venomage was able to stay alive just fine. I had mine around 220ish.
In the video I had a lot of defense on Venomage but in a lot of cases you'd have high health gear for your Regeneration artifacts and that is usually more ideal so I put HP mostly for the build here in the champion loadout.
* Some artifact sets have upgraded versions available. If you have a better upgraded version of this recommended artifact set, definitely use that instead.
The masteries represent mostly just a tanky defensive build. It's a long fight and we're just sustaining till the end. Lots of accuracy from the Support tree all the way down to Eagle Eye for the tier 6 mastery.

Level 1 Blessing
I went with Cruelty. Anything to help increase the damage a bit is welcome.
Level 6 Blessing
I wouldn't change it at this level although there are some other options.
