Soldier Heroes of Fortnite

Soldiers are one of four playable classes in Fortnite Save the World. They are combat specialists and primarily focus on bringing the pain with ranged weaponry and abilities. They all benefit from increased ranged weapon damage and extra health. Their class defining skill is a debuff to husks that increases all incoming damage taken from all sources. That stacks.

Soldiers have some of the strongest perks in the game associated with ranged weaponry. This spans ranged weapons of all types. The single target DPS and burst damage put out by some subclasses is unmatched. They have some of the better abilities when it comes to wave clearing and crowd control, too. Abilities like Goin' Commando & Lefty and Righty make short work of the Outlanders Loot Llama Piñatas in game.

Their excellent pool of health allows them to be quite tanky on the battlefield as well. Soldiers can be pretty easy to handle and very powerful, right from the start of the game. If your group needs some additional fire power in a mission, it makes sense to bring some Soldiers along.
