Our Take: Shock Tower is another highly damaging ability in the Outlander family. It lasts a few seconds, doing Chain Lightning damage every second to targets around it within a certain radius. It can do quite a bit of Impact on hit, jolting husks to be stunned in their place momentarily. It can give you a small reprieve from being attacked when being swarmed or interrupt husks from using ranged abilities.

Using a fragment charge will consume the charge, reduce the cooldown of the Shock Tower by half, from 20 to 10 seconds and costs no energy to use.
