Little Miss Annie is the stuff of nightmares and legends but she is no mere fairy tale told to scare children at night. Once the daughter of a Kaerok king, this spoiled princess thought she could have anything her heart desired. Until one day she met a doll maker that cursed her into the very form that she is known for today. She now haunts the countryside looking for a cure, said to be an unstoppable killing machine, practicing dark magics that she has picked up along the way.
Little Miss Annie is one of the hardest hitting single target champions in the entire game, thanks to her Playdate A3 ability. It starts with having a really nice multiplier. It has conditional effects like ignoring 25% defense if the target has higher defense than Annie, as well as destroying the target's health by 25% of the damage if the target has higher max health than Annie. It can also hit up to twice on targets if both of those conditions are met. Which can make it quite devastating in the arena and decent in pve. Typically I call an ability like this a Nekhret buster since it can one-shot a very tanky champion like Nekhret in normal conditions. It's also good against the Scarab King.
Her A2 is ok. It's another single target ability that can conditionally ignore 25% defense again. This time if the target has a Shield buff or not. Her A1 is more single target goodness. Which hits three times and has a 75% chance to land Heal Reduction when booked up. One of the higher percentages in the game for an A1 debuff. This is absolutely fantastic against Amius the Lunar Archon.
She has two passives and both are pretty cool. One makes it so she attacks whoever killed her with her A1 ability once she is revived. It also gives her a Shield worth 50% of her max health and 25% turn meter. Her other passive decreases turn meter on each hit by 5% and decreases 5% of the targets max health everytime Annie attacks them while under a Heal Reduction debuff. It also heals her by 5% of the damage done. Again good for the Scarab boss and Amius the Lunar Archon fights during the Undead Hordes rotation.
Annie has decent health overall, good attack but incredibly low defense. This makes her susceptible to dying easily in the game and in need of some sort of defensive assistance typically to stay alive. Such as Nekhret in the arena for example. This also makes her a good candidate for the Amius fight, who ignores defense at times anyways.
Overall Little Miss Annie is pretty niche in the game but most champions are. She excels though at her niche roles. She brings a lot of utility to the pve fights and she can dish out a ton of single-target damage in the arena. How you choose to build her will be dependent largely upon your current needs within the game and what types of teams you can build around her. I find her to be fun to use.
