Hierophant Lazarius enters Teleria introducing himself as a Swiss army knife of a champion or an APL (All-Purpose Lizardman) and is one of the most versatile Mythical Champions in the game. Very capable of performing a wide range of roles to a high standard! There's nothing he can't do, although perhaps his experience in financial administration could use a refresher course...
BASE FORM
Starting in Lazarius-base, you're presented with a highly flexible Support Mythical boasting the ever-respectable 115 Speed and similarly respectable defensive stats, and then you get into actual clicking the buttons to activate his abilities and, well, they're all very good! Beginning with A2 "Nest of Vipers" he'll immediately place [Block Debuffs] on your team before reducing all enemy buff durations by 2 turns - reducing buff duration means Lazarius-base cannot be Polymorphed off this, however he will place [Block Buffs] afterwards which may very well trip Polymorph regardless. Otherwise, this functions as what will usually be full buff removal and [Block Buffs] on top of it. Note that while this places [Block Debuffs] it does not remove existing debuffs on Lazarius or his allies.
A3 "The Rift's Gaze" allows Lazarius-base to act as a Speed booster for your team - which when he has 115 Speed base, it's quite easy to gear him so that he goes first, especially when he also provides a 25% Speed aura in all battles. Increasing your team's Turn Meters while reducing that of the enemy, he then places ways to increase your team's damage dealt while bolstering their damage mitigation capabilities. When booked, both the A2 and A3 can ignore 20% of your target's Resistance and book down to a 3-turn cooldown, although you will typically consider using Metamorph once both active skills are on cooldown anyway.
If you're concerned about not having enough Accuracy on Lazarius-base despite your best efforts or if [Strengthen] alone won't be enough to make him withstand hits, then Lazarius-base's Passive "Reality Shift" is there to suit your needs. Granting him [Perfect Veil] and [Increase Accuracy] at the start of his every turn, Reality Shift also gives him 3% damage reduction all the way up to 30% depending on how high of an Attack stat you can reach. Remember - "The Rift's Gaze" gives him [Increase Attack] and you're probably building a significant amount of Attack on him in the first place, so between this, the [Perfect Veil] and [Strengthen] he is able to mitigate a lot of damage without any further protection from his allies.
Oh, and he automatically revives a random ally at the end of his turn. All in all, Lazarius is a fantastic Support Legenda- oh wait he's a Mythical, that means he has ANOTHER FORM!
Base Stats
Attacks 1 enemy. Places a [Shield] buff on the most injured ally for 2 turns. The value of the [Shield] is proportional to this Champion's ATK.

Then, places a 50% [Increase ATK] buff and a 25% [Strengthen] buff on all allies for 2 turns.

Transforms this Champion into their Alternate Form. Then grants an Extra Turn.
[Passive Effect]
At the start of this Champion's turn, places a [Perfect Veil] buff and a 50% [Increase ACC] buff on them for 2 turns. Also, this Champion receives 3% less damage for every 750 ATK they have (stacks up to 30%).
[Active Effect]
At the end of this Champion's turn, revive a random ally with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter. Also places a [Perfect Veil] buff on the revived ally for 2 turns.
