Neldor Rimeblade is an interesting Epic from the High Elves faction that has a significant amount of debuffs in his kit. His A1 hits three times at random and it has a Freeze associated with it. He looks like an obvious addition to a budget Fire Knight Hard team. His passive is cool, too, no pun intended. As he can team up with an ally that attempts to place a Freeze debuff 30% of the time.
His A2, Dancing Razor, is a 4-time hitting ability. Another obvious nod to the Fire Knight. The first two attacks can place a Decrease Attack, while the last two can place a Decrease Accuracy debuff. His A3 can hit twice and each hit can also place a Decrease Speed debuff. Covering quite a few debuffs all together in one kit.
