The High Elf Ambassador Lethelin charges into battle with his banner in hand, ready to cripple the enemy and dish out some heals. The Ambassador is a very interesting champion at the time of this writing. He is the third champion in the game to get the Taunt buff and is the first champion in the game to be able to target who it can be cast on. Which is quite unique.
He only has one attack and it's an AOE on his A1 that has an excessively high chance to land the big Decrease Crit Rate debuff if he has full health. He has really low base attack but that is kind of expected from a support champion. Even though the damage modifier on his A1 is pretty good for an epic champion. His A3 can heal the team and reduce the duration of some debuffs. Making him a decent support option for a team in player versus environment (pve) areas of the game.
It appears his release may be coinciding with the release of the Phantom Shogun's Grove. Akumori the Phantom Shogun is a nasty boss that it seems Ambassador Lethelin was built to counter. You can use the Taunt buff to keep Akumori from targeting your squishier champions that are under the new debuff called Enfeeble. Cleansers will be necessary for this fight as well. The Decrease Critical Rating debuff will also be clutch in keeping everyone alive. He is definitely an option to consider.
Ambassador Lethelin entered the game as part of the Gnut fusion strategy. Requiring four copies of the Loneblade Riab champion to create one copy of the Ambassador. You would need three copies of Ambassador Lethelin to fuse Gnut at the time of his fusion. I wouldn't skip the Gnut fusion to get a copy of the Ambassador here, despite his niche use in the game but I do look forward to pulling him again.
