The great equalizer Armanz the Magnificent is here! Armanz is the immortal master of ceremonies of Teleria's Festival of Creation and one of the most amazing troubadours to ever grace Teleria. Once a worldly traveler, well versed in many cultures, he was preserved by his mistress, the Arbiter, in a shard. Forever to remain the steward of the Festival's traditions. He walks the earth, a month before and after the festival, then returns to slumber in his shard until it all begins anew.
Armanz is the hybrid fusion here to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Raid: Shadow Legends and he is absolutely bonkers. His entire kit is built around Turn Meter manipulation and locking out the enemy team. This is incredibly useful for both pve and pvp areas of the game. Where he is going to disrupt the flow of how teams are being currently used.
His A2, Greatest Hits, is incredibly effective at neutralizing enemy teams. It can hit everyone and will steal their Turn Meters. Hitting four or five champions with this will basically get Armanz the next turn, effectively reducing the cooldown of this ability by one instantly, down to two. Then it Stuns any champions that are not polymorphed. The only real worry about this is weak hits against Force affinity, being resisted, Stoneskin artifact set and polymorph.
We're just getting started, too. His A3, For My Next Trick, can Sheep any champion and cannot be blocked. This is not an attack, so passives like Ultimate Deathknights won't effect it. Then it will remove buffs from all enemies and give Armanz 5% more Turn Meter for each buff he removed. You can Sheep anyone in the arena but this won't work against bosses. He is a problem.
His A1 can be used to attempt to further control enemy champions by increasing their cooldown on one of their abilities by two. Armanz will get 10% Turn Meter for each increase, effectively giving him 20% more Turn Meter after using his A1. His passive also gives more Turn Meter, surprise, surprise. Once a polymorph expires or is removed, it will increase the cooldown of one ability on that champ to max and give Armanz 10% Turn Meter for each turn added. Armanz is simply put, a speed freak. Watch out!
