Lefty and Righty now applies Debilitating Shots.

Our Take: Debilitating Shots is one of the best abilities in the entire game. Lefty and Righty don't count as ranged damage so it doesn't benefit from the Debilitating Shots perk naturally. We need this perk for that to happen. |
