Our Take: Tactical. Electronic. Destruction. Device... Yeah. aka T.E.D.D.Y is arguably the best ability in the game! It is unarguably the coolest! A brilliant concept. The T.E.D.D.Y. is a deployable auto-sentry ability. Basically a big metal bear with machine guns for arms, that fights all on his own. T.E.D.D.Y. ruthlessly annihilates anything in it's path, while providing you with excellent cover in the process. Truly man's best friend and a gadget worth having during the end of days.

You can only summon one T.E.D.D.Y. at a time. Consuming a fragment charge on use by default allows the cooldown timer to recharge to be reduced by 15 seconds. From 60 seconds to 45 seconds. Additionally it doesn't cost any energy to use.
